Pouring capability into the bloodstream of TFF’s business.

[Tuatahi First Fibre (TFF)](https://tuatahifibre.co.nz/) was relying on an old, on-premise mailbox to host business-critical communications that were vital to the facilitation of work and collaboration. However, this mailbox lacked efficient indexing and searching capabilities and was especially prone to human error.

The Instillery implemented a new [Enterprise Information Platform](https://theinstillery.com/cloud/data-platforms-and-analytics/) that provided TFF with an automated, robust, and trustworthy data storage and retrieval system that would enable seamless interactions and collaboration between business units and work orders. To take TFF’s communication tool to the next level, we also incorporated machine learning that would enable TFF staff to save both significant time and money when delivering on their vision.
